Decision fatigued to clear & confident

This week, we did a coaching call with Jennifer Sise – Time, Connection and Business Coach. Numerous takeaways came from our time together, but one thing in particular stood out to us. 

When walking through our offers with Jennifer, she stopped us and said something along the lines of…

“Do you realize how many decision loops you are closing for people? What you guys do is wipe away decision fatigue and provide a dopamine hit every time you do so.”

She continued by sharing exactly what aspects of our offers had that effect. 

Boom, boom, boom she listed off the WINS we give our clients one by one. 

The thing is, we didn’t discover and acknowledge that within ourselves. When you’re so stuck in the day to day of business, there’s something about having someone come alongside you and say “Hey – have you ever thought of it this way?”

THIS is the beautiful thing about outsourcing to the experts. 

Whether it’s social media marketing, virtual assistance, email marketing, advertising, business coaching, the list goes on. 
 
And remember – If you are a service provider, this is EXACTLY why people need you. They need you to help them…get healthy. Buy a house. Sell a house. Balance their hormones. Remodel their home. 
 
They need YOU to close the decision loops of…”How much should I eat?” “What should I list my house at?” “What supplements should I take for XYZ?”
 
They don’t see what you see within themselves because they’re not the expert.

Hey there! I am the Director of Internal Development with Multiplieddd, formally Marketing By Madie! My role consists of working with each team member internally to further their growth and development within our team, sourcing and training new talent for our team, and assisting in the growth of the business overall. I have proudly worked with this team since graduating from the University of St. Thomas in December of 2021, and have had the opportunity to work with many long-term clients while growing within my role. I strongly value working for a team that encourages my growth and never-ending desire to learn, and am passionate about applying those values to help others learn and grow as well! Outside of work I am ALWAYS searching for my next adventure, whether that be traveling to new countries, road tripping with my friends and family, or exploring the cities with my Golden Doodle, Izzy.
