Take the time off.
Last week, I took an entire week off with my husband who's also a business owner. We're in Florida for the entire month of October, and last week we decided to unplug, head to our favorite Disney resort “The Boardwalk”, visit some Disney Parks, and then the back half of the week Madie and her husband, Jake came out to my parents place on the East Coast and we enjoyed a long weekend of fun!
I know so many entrepreneurs/business owners subscribe to the mindset of “I can't take time off, I own a business” and honestly, I couldn't disagree with that mindset more.
As an entrepreneur, your capacity is your biggest asset. Madie and I as well as our entire team have been working with a Nervous System Coach monthly for over a year now, which has proven to me even more how important it is to protect your capacity and your peace if you want to take your business to new heights.
