That's what the Discovery Call is for. It's a focused conversation about your goals, your brand, and where you want to take your social media presence, and if it's a mutual fit we'll walk you through the ins and outs of each package: what's included, how it will impact your business, and what the investment is. As a starting point, The Starter establishes a consistent, strategic presence. The Builder expands your reach and momentum across platforms. The Multiplier is built for businesses serious about scaling, and it's the closest thing to a fully outsourced social media department.

No. We offer 3 all-encompassing packages. That said, every package is filled with custom-created content. The structure is set, but the strategy, the voice, and the content inside it are built entirely around your brand + business.

We are firm believers in being the expert at what you do. With that, we solely offer organic social media management for Instagram, Facebook and TikTok. We don’t offer paid advertising, email marketing, or anything else. That said, we have wonderful partners we can refer you to for whatever you may be looking for in addition to what we offer.

You get a dedicated Social Media Manager, plus strategy, video editing, graphic design, copywriting, audio sourcing, SEO, analytics, and trend forecasting, all with founder-level oversight on your account. Hiring that in-house runs $5,000 to $7,000+ a month in salary alone, and that number doesn't count anything beyond it. We also save you and your team 40 to 60+ hours a month. We offer a pay monthly option and a pay-in-full option for all of our package tiers. The pay-in-full option is discounted.

Your content is led by your voice. We clarify and refine your voice during onboarding for exactly this reason, so every post sounds like you and not like everyone else.

We come to you and shoot. We bring a pre-planned shot list based off of your strategic content plan, as well as all necessary filming tools. We film all client content on an iPhone because real, raw, less produced and approachable content is what people are looking for. You will provide us with your branding and information during our setup call, you’ll give us your time at content shoots and lastly, you’ll give feedback on the content we create. We handle the rest. 

Less than you'd expect. Onboarding is one 1.5-hour call. After that you have a weekly proofing and strategy call with your Social Media Manager for 20-30 minutes, and your monthly content shoot. You approve everything before it is published, and because we work two weeks ahead, nothing goes out that you haven't already seen. Most clients get 40 to 60+ hours a month back.

Yes. We're based in the Twin Cities and proudly support businesses in Minneapolis, St. Paul, and the surrounding suburbs, and we partner with brands across the United States. We've served 160+ businesses nationwide since 2021. Some of our out of state packages include content capturing as well, with travel included in the price. 

Our Builder and The Multiplier packages include content shooting throughout the US. We come to you, and travel is included in the package price.

Three to four weeks from your Setup Call to your first published post, and that runway is deliberate. It starts with a 1.5-hour Setup Call where we go deep on your brand, walk through your onboarding questionnaire together, and get access to your accounts. From there we optimize your bio and account, do competitive analysis research, deep-dive brand research and build your first content calendar. Because we work two weeks ahead, you will have reviewed and approved two full weeks of content before anything goes live.
