We aren't sure how, but another year of Multiplieddd has come and gone! Today is our 3RD ANNIVERSARY. In the past year, a lot has happened. We believe it's important to reflect and celebrate all that you have accomplished. So, let's do that right here, together.
In the last year...
1. We created our Conversations + Conversions DM Sales service2. We had 4 branding photoshoots with Skylar Rae Photography - THE BEST OF THE BEST3. Brooke visited 6 clients at a Health Coaching Conference in Tampa, Florida4. Brooke attended a live, in-person training from Instagram Growth Expert, Brock Johnson5. Our intern, Claire Page joined the team as a full-time employee6. Olivia Motley joined the team as a part-time employee7. We visited too many coffee shops to count8. Madie Saba, our Founder, Co-Owner, and Co-CEO quit her former full-time job and took the leap of faith into full-time business ownership and self-employment in May of 20239. We had 2 team socials - we believe it's so important to hang out outside of work10. Aleese Aarness joined the team as a part-time employee11. We launched Trend Alerts12. Madie took advantage of a speaking opportunity with Realty One Group Choice for their "Leveraging Today's Tools for Real Estate Success" event13. We hosted our first EVER in-person retreat, The Lead Magnet Lab with The Restart Collective and Olive Grove in Minneapolis, MN14. We hosted a virtual training for Realtors with the incredible Kelly Brown Homes and Shelby McQueeney all about "Strategies to Implement on Instagram Right Now to Gain & Convert Leads"15. Sam Larwood joined our team as a part-time employee16. We hosted a virtual training all about "3 Strategies to Help You Convert Leads in Your DMs"17. We REBRANDED to Multiplieddd18. Madie and Brooke took The Salesgirls' 8-week sales training program called School of Sales19. Brooke joined the ownership team and took on the role of Co-CEO20. We had our annual end-of-year Multiplieddd retreat to plan for 202421. Kate Barschdorf, our full-time employee, had her 2nd anniversary with Multiplieddd22. Brooke Demoret joined the team as a part-time employee23. We grew our company revenue by over 6-figures from our 2nd anniversary to our 3rd year anniversary24. We served 79 clients with Custom Social Media Marketing services25. We built a website (finally) and launched it26. We launched our first Social Media Marketing Membership in partnership with Carrie Williams Creative Writing - The Social Society for Health Coaches27. Madie visited Brooke in Savannah, Georgia, her temporary home for a CEO Week

When we think about this last year, we think about community, teamwork, hardship, growth, pivoting, learning, overcoming and grit.
Every day brought new opportunities and new challenges as business always does - but we wouldn't want it any other way.
This year felt like a marathon: we're proud of our achievements, but it took hard work and perseverance.
We have been determined to serve our clients with excellence, even if we don't do it perfectly. We've been committed to each other, with a team culture that's unlike anything out there.
