THE ALGORITHM CAN’T REPLICATE WHAT ONLY YOU CAN BRING

A few weeks ago, the whole Multiplieddd team drove out todowntown Stillwater, MN for our team social. 

14 of us total, team members and their spouses, and we spent the evening throwing axes before heading to Brick & Bourbon for dinner.

 It was the kind of night where you look around the table and feel really thankful for the people you get to do this with.  

We talk a lot about strategy and content and what makes a post perform in our emails. But the thing underneath all of it, the part nobody really sees, is the team - our camaraderie, the way we challenge, support and sharpen one another. IRON SHARPENS IRON. 

We genuinely like each other. We're close friends who also happen to be people who work together & who will do whatever it takes to serve our clients with EXCELLENCE. That combination is rare, and we don't take it for granted.

Something we always say is: Your win is our win. When one of our clients lands a big sale or hits a goal, the whole team feels it. We're invested in a way that's impossible to fake.

And that culture isn't separate from the work we do for our client's and their social media. It's the REASON the work is so good. When people feel welcomed, appreciated, and supported, they create better. 

They take creative risks and they care about your business like it's their own, because they're operating from a place of feeling cared for themselves. 

So when you see content from us that lands, performs and most importantly that converts, know that it started with a team that loves what they do and loves who they do it with. 

We're really thankful for this group. The spouses too, who came out and threw axes with us while putting up with us talking shop over dinner. We could not do it without their unending support of what we are all so passionate about.
