2 of Our Employees Are Taking 3 Weeks Off This Summer…

The YOU Factor Edit:

THE ALGORITHM CAN’T REPLICATE WHAT ONLY YOU CAN BRING

Two people on our team are getting married this summer (Kaylee and Tessa - aren't they adorable?!) & both are taking 3 weeks off to enjoy their wedding and honeymoon. And not the kind of time off where you're still answering client messages from the beach…

We could have built this agency a different way.

Plenty of agencies run their people into the ground, treat content creation like a factory line, and then wonder why the work starts to feel flat and clients question content performance.

We decided early on that we wanted to take a reverse approach at Multiplieddd.

Creativity isn't created out of thin air. It has to come from somewhere. And that somewhere? A regulated mind, body and nervous system.

The ideas, the hooks, the small tweaks that make a post feel human and unique instead of cookie cutter, all of that declines when the person making the content is exhausted and running on empty.

Burnt out people DO NOT make good content.

They can't, because their well is dry.

So we built systems internally that allow our team rest. And when they do, and someone steps away, we don't fall apart because the planning / work is already done and the rest of the team has it covered.

Our clients never feel the gap AND our people get to have full, present lives outside of work.

How cool is that?

It might sound like a small thing to you but it's the reason the content we make still feels fresh + performs after 5 years and 3 months of doing this work every single day, and it's also the reason why our team is the best team out there.

Congrats to our two soon-to-be-married teammates. We could not be happier for you.

And if our agency sounds like one you align with we propose that you book a Discovery Call.

Let's get social media off your plate!
